James is a member of the National Youth Theatre, and has also trained at Encore Performing Arts Academy. He has just completed the NI Tour of 'Observe The Sons Of Ulster Marching Towards The Somme' under the direction of David Grant.

He was recently adjudicated for his performance as Mr. Poppy in 'Nativity! The Musical' and received rave reviews:
