Finding and Nurturing Talent
Thompson & Borland was set up with one aim - to find and nurture homegrown talent, and help them navigate the industry.

Founded in 2017, the client list here is deliberately kept small so each client can be given the care and attention they deserve.
Our Story
Laura and Rebecca have been working together for the last twelve years, first meeting in 2013 when Rebecca was directing The Sound of Music and Laura played the role of Maria.
​
Since then they have worked together on numerous projects, including musicals, plays and workshops, where their skillsets compliment each other.
They also have a never-ending Facebook Messenger conversation that consists mainly of GIFs and Voice Notes!​
